After School Activities (Spring 2020 – 1st Half Term)

Dear Parents/Carers,

These are the after school activities we will be running at St Joseph’s this half term, beginning the week of 13th January 2020. All the activities need to be booked and paid for in advance in blocks of 5 weeks (even if your child took part in a club last term, you need to re-book them). If you would like your child to take part in any of these activities then go to the School Shop (Pay+ ) via our web-site and book and pay as soon as possible. Places will be allocated on a first come basis as numbers are limited for each club. Please note the day of the activity, how much it costs and if it is for boy and/or girls, all year groups or only some.

• Monday – Computer Club 3:15-4:15pm (12 places for Year 3 and 4) 5 weeks = £12
• Tuesday – Computer Club 3:15-4:15pm (12 places for Year 5 and 6) 5 weeks = £12

• Friday – Art and Craft Club (14 places for all year groups) 5 weeks = £12

As before, you can also book your child onto the Monday Gymnastics Club at e17-gym-club.class4kids.co.uk.

Dance Stables will continue to run the Monday Drama Club, Tuesday Dance Club and the Friday Cheerleading Club (3:15-4:15pm) and as before you need to book your child onto these at info@dancestables.co.uk.

You don’t book these clubs through the school, only the clubs listed above.

The Wednesday Cooking Club will continue to be organised by Ms Le and will be offered to different year groups each half term so is not included in the list above.

Yours sincerely,

J Alexander (Head teacher)
